Memento Mori is a bar inspired by cacao and botanicals.
The name comes from the ancient Latin phrase “Memento Mori”, meaning “Remember that you must die.”
Fruits, plants, herbs, and flowers—everything here is something that once lived and was picked by someone before reaching us. At Memento Mori, we honor that life by using every part without waste, embracing the spirit of “bringing life to life.
「メメントモリ」はカカオとボタニカルをコンセプトのバーです。「メメント・モリ」という言葉は古くから続くラテン語で「死を忘れるな」という意味です。自然の果物、植物、草、花は全て誰かが摘み取り、ここに届きます。その生きた証と生命を全て無駄にせずに使いきり、「命を活かす」という想いが店名に込められています。
